At Sensory Kids UAE, we take pride in providing high-quality sensory products designed to support families and children with developmental needs. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

📦 Returns

We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., hygiene-sensitive products, weighted items, or custom orders)

To initiate a return, please email us at sensorykidsuae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with the return process and address.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Sensory Kids UAE is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

✅ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank statement depending on your provider

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Chewable products or oral tools
  • Weighted blankets and lap pads
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Opened sensory kits or therapy sets

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at sensorykidsuae@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
